6. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms will be stated in your custom invoice or agreement.

Due to the nature of creative work and digital delivery, refunds are not offered once work has commenced or content has been delivered—except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

7. Portfolio & Usage Rights

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom agreement, Sophia Carter reserves the right to showcase delivered UGC in her portfolio, on this Site, and across social media platforms for promotional purposes.

If you wish to keep the work private or under embargo, this must be discussed and agreed upon in writing before project commencement.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). These sites are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Access them at your own risk.
